Candied ginger 125g Natura

Ginger is a plant used as a spice which has exceptional medicinal properties. We mostly use ginger root in our diet. It can be consumed fresh, but dried, ground, grated, pickled and sugar-coated or candied ginger is also available on the Croatian market. It is know for its tangy, spicy taste and is used in very small quantities. However, with its sweet and spicy taste candied ginger is another story. A treat enjoyed by many, rich in essential oils, vitamin B and minerals, potassium, magnesium, manganese and copper. It has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect, improves circulation and heart function, stimulates the digestive system, decreases allergy symptoms and strengthens the immune system. Candied ginger still contains its medicinal and nutritional properties, although it should be consumed in smaller quantities considering the amount of sugar it contains.

ginger pieces (51 %), sugar, preservative: sulfur dioxide.

The product may contain traces of nuts, peanuts and sesame seeds.
