  • Blend until you get a thick, creamy mixture.

  • Soak dried chickpeas in water overnight.

  • Blend, adding a little water as needed, until smooth and creamy.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and add frozen peas, cooked white beans, and pesto.
  • Sauté until the peas soften.
  • Add fresh spinach and stir until wilted.
  • Heat a pan and add olive oil.
  • Toast the bread on both sides until crispy.
  • Spread a little pesto on each slice.
  • First, add a layer of hummus.
  • Then, top with the bean, pea, and spinach mixture.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds or pine nuts for extra crunch.
