Priprema:

Granola

  • Combine oats, peanut butter, and honey, spread on parchment paper, and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 45 minutes. Add remaining ingredients.

Pudding

  • Pour chia seeds into milk, add honey and vanilla, stir, and let sit for at least 3 hours.
  • Blend raspberries (thaw them if frozen), add to chia seeds, and let sit for 3 hours.
  • Place 2-3 tablespoons of granola in a jar, pour both puddings over it, decorate with fruit, drizzle with honey, and serve.

30 g banana chips

30 g toasted hazelnuts

For pudding:

2.5 dl coconut milk

2.5 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp honey

250 g raspberries

1.5 tbsp chia seeds

For decoration:

fresh fruit of your choice
