This recipe is a great way to show your loved one how much you care.
- Melt white, dark, and milk chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave at a low temperature, each in a separate bowl.
- Prepare a silicone mold in the shape of hearts (or any desired shape).
- Pour the melted chocolate into the molds – you can mix the types for a colorful effect.
- Immediately sprinkle the chopped nuts, cranberries, and dried apricots on top of the chocolate and gently press them in to secure.
- Place the mold in the freezer for 10–15 minutes to set the chocolate faster.
- Once the chocolate is firm, carefully remove the hearts from the mold. Store them in a container or wrap them in cellophane bags.
